Summary:

1 month retainer to fund studio costs (3/23/22-4/23/22)

Specific goals for the next month:

• Implement contract/web features to support the next confirmed drop 🙌
• Implement better metrics and monitoring so that we can ensure the services are functioning correctly.
• Implement gallery and collection overview pages

Things which we’re specifically not targeting due to time constraints:

• Changes to the current submission process

The funding for the team for last month is unchanged. However, we will request less money for our contractor fund, as we still have remaining funds from last month.

Existing structure is funding for 1 lead (Willyham), 1 contract dev (cxkoda) and 1 web dev (bhosh) on a part-time basis. This month, we will also add Coelacanth for 15 hours total (not weekly), to provide contract development, review, and audits.
