We offer all employees a quarterly Wellbeing Allowance as a contribution to activities that you feel are beneficial to improving your mental or physical health, happiness or comfort. These activities might include:
Note that the allowance covers activities rather than food and drink or one-off purchases (eg it wouldn’t cover sport equipment, yoga mat, clothing, sports watch etc). Books are eligible under this allowance if they would improve your wellbeing!
