IMPROVEMENT
We are excited to unveil a comprehensive redesign of our organization settings, aimed at providing a more structured and user-friendly experience. The updated settings are accessible to all isers with the โOwnerโ role. This revamp simplifies navigation, enhances usability, and strengthens overall system security.โญ [Learner Feature] Enhanced Skill Visibility in Learning Paths and Events IMPROVEMENT
While searching for their next upskiling challenge, learners can now easily identify the skills mapped to each learning path and event. This includes the recommended prior skill level, so that they can make sure their next learning project perfectly suits their current skills and skill goals.
๐ [Curator Feature] Enhanced Skill-to-Content Mapping Visibility IMPROVEMENT
Navigating the complexities of skill mapping is now more intuitive. We're excited to introduce new enhancements for curators, allowing clearer identification of content already mapped to specific skills. When navigating your skill taxonomy, you can now easily identify the content pieces (e.g. learning paths or events) that cover these skills. And even more important: identify where you might still be missing some content to cover certain skills! Furthermore, you can map new content to your skills with just a few clicks, so that learners can benefit from skills-based recommendations right away.
๐ [Admin Feature] Custom Certificate Management NEW FEATURE
We are excited to introduce the highly anticipated custom certificate templates, significantly upgrading the capabilities how L&D teams can manage learning certificate management on our platform. With this new feature, admins can now define custom templates (e.g. in your company branding) that can be automatically or manually generated for learning paths, events, and full learning journeys. Key functionalities include:
NEW FEATURE
We are excited to introduce our brand new Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) integration, allowing your team a seamless HCM integration on the edyoucated platform! This integration keep all your data in sync: such as basic employee data (name, email), user groups from Entra, and user status (so that people leaving your company will loose their access while retaining them in reports). No more copy/pasting data between systems and more time for your teams!NEW FEATURE
We are happy to introduce a much easier way for our users to connect with support directly within the app! Our new integrated help center messenger allows logged-in users to easily access help center content, ask questions, or get in touch with our support team โ all without leaving the platform. Just click the "Ask a Question" option in the help menu and try it out!NEW FEATURE
Each L&D team usually uses a wide range from well-known providers (such as LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, etc.) as well as other external providers for their training portfolio. Now, administrators can easily define custom provider options via a new text field "Provider" on the create screen for learning paths. You can use this field to filter your learning path portfolio โ not just on the authoring side, but also on the learnersโ side to help them navigate your portfolio easily.IMPROVEMENT
Our journeys feature is used by more and more organizations, enhancing the way users track and engage with their learning experiences. From now on, upcoming, current, and past journeys a user has signed up for will also show up in their user profiles, so that you have a full overview of your own as well as your employees learning activities on the journeys.IMPROVEMENT
We have just introduced a new extension to our Personio integration that allows organizations to fine-tune their data synchronization settings from Personio to edyoucated. With the new "Sync Rules" setting, you can now specify which types of employeesโsuch as internal or externalโshould be synced into edyoucated. By default, only internal employees are synced, but you can opt to include external employees by enabling a simple toggle. This enhancement helps ensure greater control and flexibility over your user data.NEW FEATURE
For newly added users, admins can now see a membership status showing if a user has already logged in and activated their account โ or if a little reminder could be useful. ๐
