Edge City convenes people working at the frontiers of tech, science, and society in popup villages across the globe. We aspire to be a ‘society incubator’— a lab of experimentation for new ideas, tech, culture, and organizations, all dedicated to accelerating human flourishing.
The villages last 1-2 months and are perfect environments to live, learn, and experiment with frontier projects. The participants are leaders from diverse fields, including Crypto, AI, BioTech & Longevity, Philosophy, and Governance. Edge City is part of and contributes to the Zuzalu ecosystem.

The Programming Lead will shape the content and learning experiences within Edge City's popup villages. You'll create environments that foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across our five focus areas: Real-World Crypto, Human Organization, AI, Hard Tech, Art, Education and Health & Longevity.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with exceptional networking abilities and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration, frontier tech, science and culture. You should have a strong background in content curation, experience designing co-creative learning environments, and the ability to build bridges between diverse communities and thought leaders. Success in this role means creating programming that inspires, educates, and catalyzes meaningful collaborations while remaining true to Edge City's vision of human flourishing.
Your first role will be for Edge Esmeralda where we’ve established a lot of the early programming and need support with coordinating with the program leads and the production team.
The role will start as a contractor role for Edge Esmeralda and could lead to running programming across different events this year (UK and South America).
