Q : Can I enter on a date different from the one I selected during pre-registration?

A : Yes, you can. Feel free to visit on your preferred date.

Q : Is it okay if I can’t visit after pre-registering? Can I cancel?

A : It’s fine if you can’t visit after registering. No additional process is required.

Q : Is everyone who pre-registers eligible for free admission?

A : Only those who pre-register before February 29, 2024, can enter for free.

If you pre-register between Mar 1 and Mar 19, show your QR at the registration desk and pay ₩10,000 for entry.

From Mar 20 to Mar 23, on-site payment only is available, and the admission fee is ₩20,000.

Parking & Transportation

Q : A shuttle bus was provided before. Is it available this year?

A : It’s not offered this year. Please use public transportation instead.

Q : How can I get the COEX?

• Enter through the passage directly connected to Exits 5 and 6 of Samseong Station and proceed through Millennium Square to access Starfield COEX Mall.
• Enter through the passage directly connected to Exit 7 of Bongeunsa Station and go through ASEM Plaza to reach Starfield COEX Mall.
