Privacy Policy

< Choi DongKyu > establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle complaints related to personal information swiftly and smoothly.

This Privacy Policy is effective from November 2, 2021.

The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be taken in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 3 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)

  1. Data subjects may exercise their rights related to personal information protection, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing, at any time to Choi DongKyu.
  2. The exercise of rights under paragraph 1 can be made in writing, by email, or by fax in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and Choi DongKyu will take immediate action.
  3. The rights under paragraph 1 may also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent. In such cases, a power of attorney in accordance with the form prescribed in the "Notice on the Personal Information Processing Method (No. 2020-7)" must be submitted.
  4. Requests for access to and suspension of personal information processing may be restricted in accordance with Article 35(4) and Article 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
  5. Requests for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be accepted if the personal information is specified as a collection target under other laws.
