Technical Customer Support/Success Operation
- 고객 문의 수집 채널 설정(이메일, 헬프센터) 및 데이터화하기 위한 data pipeline 구축
- 고객 문의 핸들링 지표인 SLA hitrate, first response time, contact rate, resolution time, CSAT (NPS), Touch 트랙킹할 수 있는 live dashboard 구축
- 지표에서 문제가 발생했을 시 즉각 대처가 가능할 수 있도록 on-call system 셋업 및 post mortem이후 CTA (Call to action) 세팅
- 수집한 고객 문의 데이터를 분석/리포트화해서 관련 부서로 전달 (제품 개선, 서비스 개선, 마케팅 전략수립을 위한 자료, technical onboarding guide content prioritization)
- 반복해서 들어오는 문의에 관해서 help center article, docs page update를 위한 knowledgebase muslcle up process 구축
