Closing this request: I heard back from the Product team about upgrading the SSO, and they have informed me that later this year we will be moving Handle to the Texada Identity Service. They consider the request for Seamless/Primary Refresh Token as a part of that move, and will not be updating the SSO in Handle before then. But we can still use the existing SSO implementation.

SSO is now working, however the experience is cumbersome.

Clicking “Sign in with Microsoft” gives us a pop-out window where we need to sign in.

Is it possible to enable Seamless SSO or use Primary Refresh Token?
