We designed Notion with collaboration in mind. On any page, you can work with as many people as you want to be more productive and organized — together. Here's how to add folks today.

1. Add a member

When you add a member to your workspace, they share all the pages in the Workspace section of your sidebar with you, and you can collaborate on any of them.

• You can add unlimited members on Notion's Free Plan, but even more collaborative features get unlocked with a Team or Enterprise Plan.
• Add a new member by going to Settings & Members.
• Click the Add a Member button.
• Type the person's email address and press enter.
• They'll receive an email letting them know they've been invited to your workspace! 📬

2. Add a guest

Let's say you only want to collaborate on one of your pages, not your whole workspace. You can invite people to individual pages as guests. Here's how:

• Click Share at the top right of the page.
• Click the Invite a Person button.
• Enter your guest's email address, select a level of access you want to give them from the dropdown (full access, can comment, can read), and press Invite.
• They'll receive an email letting them know they've been invited to your page.

2. 添加访客

假如你只想与成员在某一个页面上而不是整个工作站进行协作，那么你可以添加他们为指定页面的访客。操作方法如下：

• 点击页面右上角的分享 按钮
• 点击添加成员按钮
• 输入访客的邮件地址，然后从下拉框中选择你想赋予他们的访问权限（完全访问，可评论，可浏览），然后按下邀请按钮
• 他们随后将收到一封告知他们被邀请到你的页面的邮件
