CIVIC operates with a lean core team and a large global network of collaborators, scholars, and specialized practitioners.
Our expanded team fluctuates based on projects and program activities, and is designed to dissolve and reassemble after each production. Simultaneously, we reinvest overhead from projects into CIVIC’s shared knowledge base, applied learning environments, and platform technology ecosystem. This allows us to provide training and lead research with our collaboration network year-round, maintain reliable software, and curate individualized groups for projects with unique production criteria and experience requirements.
