To take things up a notch, we decided to combine our efforts and partner up with startups and scale-ups to host the next events. This means we're hitting the road, visiting dynamic start- and scale-ups in Rotterdam to get deeper insights in the industry. This time we hosted the Investor House together with Freeday.AI. We heard the stories behind Ciphix partnering with Mentha and Freeday’s €4mm funding round directly from their cofounders Mathijs Gast and Marcus Groeneveld. Also, we worked in groups on one of our ventures Noon to see where AI could support their product.

• Marcus Groeneveld, Freeday: "AI products are inherently quite human; that's why we've given our products names. Just like an employee, Theo, our AI, needs to be onboarded and trained before it performs optimally."
