The Technical Project Management (TPM) team at Boosted serves as a force multiplier by championing critical initiatives, breaking down barriers, and guiding projects from ideation to successful delivery across Product, Data, Infrastructure, and AI. Using exceptional communication, leadership, and technical skills, you’ll help our organization solve its highest-priority problems and deliver optimal results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead Complex, Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive technical projects that may involve significant ambiguity, interdependencies, or large scopes, ensuring clarity of vision and timely execution.
- Influence and Align Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams, building relationships and driving alignment to meet project goals.
- Define project Structure and Strategies: Synthesize requirements, outline objectives, and design processes that simplify delivery, minimize risk, and accelerate outcomes.
- Manage project Execution and Ownership: Create robust tracking, reporting, and escalation processes. Proactively address challenges, navigate trade-offs, and recommend effective course corrections.
- Facilitate Technical Conversations: Act as a bridge between product requirements and technical delivery, understanding system architecture and ensuring solutions align with stakeholders’ needs.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify process breakdowns, develop simple and repeatable frameworks, and mentor teams on best practices for efficient, scalable project execution.
- Protect User Privacy and Security: Ensure that data privacy, information security, and compliance are at the forefront of all project decisions.
- Promote Curiosity and Learning: Encourage team members to ask questions, learn from failures, and continually seek opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years in Technical Project Management: Proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives with complex technical components.
- Accomplished Leader with Technical Depth: Demonstrated ability to tackle loosely defined problems, synthesize objectives, and develop solutions with limited initial information.
- Execution-Focused Mindset: Skilled in monitoring progress, maintaining accountability, and driving projects to completion on schedule and within scope.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Adept at presenting to senior leaders, facilitating discussions among diverse stakeholders, and adapting information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven Cross-Functional Influence: Experience building relationships across teams, securing alignment, and ensuring clarity of ownership and outcomes.
