Step 1: Empathize

Imagine you have a loved one who returned from the hospital after having a stroke. Their right hand/arm has lost function. You saw them getting better a little during therapy, but they stopped. You are trying to find more care for them in terms of rehabilitation. You find Motus Nova on a Google search, “stroke rehab”

Step 2: Bring your phone out!

Open your internet browser on your phone and type in: motusnova.com

The client would like to improve mobile experience, so your feedback on mobile is more important than desktop.

Step 3: Explore

Explore the website. What actions might you take if your general goal is for you to try to understand what this company does and how they may help your loved one.

Step 4: Provide feedback.

Each page you visit, there is a red feedback button on the right side. As you explore the website, if something comes to mind (good or bad), submit your thoughts on the feedback button. I am looking for primarily UX feedback instead of UI.

Tip: The software will automatically take a screenshot of where you are on the screen, so no need to describe this at length in feedback.

Example feedback:

“I like/dislike this section because …”

Ideally, I would like to get at least 2 pieces on feedback during your exploration.
