Background:
Latest Ajaib’s FAQ structure is Category → Question, which present discoverability problem when there are a lot of questions in several categories. Therefore we plan to restructure Ajaib FAQ content into Category → Sub Category → Question.
Objective:
- Improve content discoverability when accessing “Bantuan Ajaib” page
- Reduce the number of low-complexity tickets

2. Ajaib FAQ Help Banner
Background:
We want to enable CS to publish informative banner on “Bantuan Ajaib” via internal tools
Objective:
- Give Ajaib’s user peace of mind when an incident happen to Ajaib system
- Help CS team reduce inbound messages when an incident happen to Ajaib system
