Refund flow

• If you cannot get on the train, please cancel from My Page first.

  

• Please prepare a delay certificate (or an image that shows the delay).

• Check History. Click the link at the bottom of the screen.

  

• Please attach the image of the certificate you obtained and apply for delay/cancellation.
