Choosing a Track
- Make sure you fully understand the responsibilities and expectations of the Management and IC tracks
- During your performance reviews, you may express an interest in moving into a new track
- Your manager will set up a plan of progression.
- There are levels of progression within each track that determine the amount of responsibility and ownership you'll be expected to manage
