- Developed a part of the website design and a concept for the DocDent clinic network. Also, became a member of the sports.ru family.
- Presented work and ideas directly to the client in Zoom calls. Got used to communication in the work process. Understand that love, care, and support enhance the team's performance.
- Learned to accept and work on feedback from more skilled individuals. Discovered how to work faster and more efficiently.
Special project game for the largest sports portal Sports.ru
Tasks:
- Redesign the existing, add new elements, remove unnecessary ones, and improve the UI and UX.
- Build a system that can be expanded to other esports and sports.
- Increase engagement and clicks on sponsor integrations.
- Sell advertising placements with visuals and increased conversion actions compared to the previous Fantasy (which had good conversions due to a warm and loyal audience).
- Make the process of analyzing games and players (when forming teams) more user-friendly.
Solution:
- In the design, I aimed to create a sense of playing and... fantasy. Something not purely interface-oriented but rather visually interactive.
- Developed and implemented mechanics for football and CS:GO. These mechanics are sufficient to cover other major games for which Fantasy is launched.
- Added new integration types: sponsor achievements, player of the day, pop-ups, sponsor leagues.
- Successfully sold with visuals :) We'll start receiving conversion data from July.
- Divided the interface into two parts: left for game-related content and right for auxiliary information. This allowed users to see the game they are building a team for during the team formation process (which is sufficient for most players). If someone plays more seriously and needs statistics, we provide detailed information by clicking on the match info (pulling blocks directly from sports.ru to avoid redundant drawing and coding).

Tasks:
- Increase reader engagement on the portal.
- Improve advertising sales in tests.
- Simplify the creation of advertising landing pages.
Solution:
- Added more interactivity to readers (3 new types of tests, vibration, gyroscope).
- Developed and implemented several new formats of native advertising integration.
- Simplified the process of creating a landing page for advertising special projects, added the ability to create a regular test with a few clicks.

- Improved the logic and design of the platform's navigation. This highlighted its important features, and increased the conversion rate for a targeted action.
- Made form filling step-by-step and showed the benefit of using a working email. This reduced the number of untargeted requests, increased the number of targeted requests and took some of the burden off the sales team.
- Designed part of the platform interface for interaction between brands and bloggers inside the product.
- Developed a gamification interface for this platform. This increased engagement and the number of social media mentions.

Problem:
The header doesn't capture the essence of the product and actual positioning. It's hard to navigate. Not emphasizing what's important.
Task:
- Highlight the company's key resources.
- Make multiple entry points into the request demo.
- Update search, keeping the proven mechanics in place.
- Make room for scaling the HYIP.
Solution:
- Made the products into a platform. And past "products" themselves as "platform" features. Described them with verbs to hit the user's target.
- Made an additional entry point "Platform overview". An animated card that leads to a progression page with a video and a demo request form.
- Highlighted the main point. With a static or animated card that speaks to the content.
- Highlighted "Free tools" since they bring in leads.
- Divided some of the pages into Solutions and Resourses.
Personal win: Added animations and microinteractions to the product. Together with the frontend developer, in a few days of free time, figured out a way to reduce animation layout time from 2-3 hours to 10-20 minutes. We formalized it, explained it, convinced him. Now we use it.
