Currently, the price of a classic 200-gram Saghe Talaie pack (as shown in the picture above) is 23,000 Tomans, making a 15% increase compared to the same period last year.
How many Saghe Talaies can you buy with the minimum wage?
The Saghe Talaie Purchasing Power (STPP) calculates affordability by dividing the minimum monthly wage, as set by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, by the price of one pack of Saghe Talaie.
