These maps demonstrate the journeys that tasks progress through, from initial planning to operational completion. Each Workflow represents a task worked by a team member role. Each rounded rectangle represents a Status that the incident is currently in. Since the entire AOG incident journey is mapped out into discrete statuses, status transition performance can be measured and optimized for your organization.
This workflow is for the Planning role. A task starts in the Queued status, and when it's picked up transitions to the Committed status. A plan is then prepared and documented within the JetDash dashboard, and the task transitions to Plan Available. Once stakeholders agree on the plan, the status transitions to Plan Agreed.
This workflow demonstrates shortcuts from one status to another. This gives crew members the flexibility to coordinate faster. It also demonstrates loops, to handle processes that are iterative and may repeat in cycles, like technical recommendations.
