Seasonal Candy/Gift Grams; An event in which our staff offers members an opportunity to gift their guild-mates with a variety of sweet treats, collectibles and fun themed items by purchasing a 'Candy Grams' (glitter candies) from our guild shop. Our Grams offer a variety of themed treats, gifts and collectibles to the user(s) of your choice delivered by our volunteer team with optional customizable themes/messages/values (award multiple grams to the same recipient to increase gift value) during the month of November. Alternatively, a 'Guild Gram' can be purchased to deliver Gift Grams to ~25 active members (randomly selected by our volunteer team).

Each Gift Gram item for sale in our **Guild Shoppe** (glitter candies) represent 'x' amount of Gift Grams and will be available for purchase for a limited time; Click the images below for a direct link to purchase.

INSTRUCTIONS (for candy gram deliveries)

1. Choose a pending gram from the table below and add your username to the 'assigned staff' field ****to commit to sending a members candy grams in the line item.
2. Review your sender form for the following specifications:
   • Note the theme they have chosen and select that theme from the below to obtain matching items, neomail template and more for your recipients.
   • See the budget shown on your candy gram (determined by quantity) and match your on hand NP to that amount to track spending.
   • Review Sender Form for personal messages:
     • Specified recipients may have personalized messages that will be included in their form below, please ensure to first send these messages with their sender instructions. // personal messages are added to our sender templates offered in the theme listing.
   • Value multipliers, see below (3)
3. Add all users you are sending candy grams to the ‘Recipients’ field below whether specified or chosen at random.
4. Purchase items from our theme listing below, of which provides easy links for searching items.
   • Candy Grams are typically 7,000 - 10,000 NP each // However senders can multiply their value by assigning multiple grams to one user. (review sender form to see if this applies to any of your recipients)
5. Sending Items:

   • Send each recipient their themed items via item log along with a neomail using the template offered in the listing for the appropriate theme.

     • **Neomail** quick sending instructions:
     • Neokazam (browser extension for fast sending)

   • If you are unable to deliver a candy gram to a specified user (random users, reselect another recipient) notate their username along with the issue in the ‘notes’ field and mark the gram as sent.

     • If you are a recipient of a Candy Gram, please add your username and we’ll be sending these out towards the end of the month. (optionally, select your own treats)
6. The NP remaining on hand should show you the amount remaining in your budget of which should be deducted from the budget amount and submitted for compensation in our **bank request thread** on discord.

7. Check the 'sent' box to mark the Candy Gram sent
