For my user personas, I decided I would create three personas for the three age categories of people I will design my project for. From teenagers to elderly people. In doing this would give me a ****reliable and realistic representation of my key audience segments for reference. I created these personas from both research and a little personal experience.

The first user is of Amy, who is a high school student that has never had an MRI scan before. Because of this, Amy is anxious on what to expect.

My second user persona is of Jeffery, a middle aged cafe owner. Jeffery has had some experience with MRI’s in the past, but since then he has forgotten the procedure and how to prepare for it.

Finally, my third user is Peter. Peter is categorised as an elderly man who has never had an MRI scan due to healthy living and being fortunate never to need one. He suffers from claustrophobia and is very anxious about having an MRI scan as he has learned from other peoples experiences that it is in a confined space.
