1. During pre-boarding, you will receive an invite from Rippling to your personal e-mail

  2. All US plans can be found on United States of America Medical Benefits

  3. You have 30 days from your official start date to sign up for benefits. If you miss this window, you will need to wait until the next open enrollment or have a qualifying life event to enroll in benefits.

  4. You have the option to opt-in or opt-out.

  5. When you log into Rippling, you will be redirected to your dashboard where you will see the task to sign up for benefits
