I love to use notion for trip itineraries so everyone has pertinent information in one spot! I use it to keep track of important travel details like a packing list, flight itineraries, hotel details (like location, website, check in times, and ways to contact) as well as any and all confirmation numbers. One of my favorite things to do is embed a weather feed that stays up to date, ensuring you pack the right attire. Sharing this with everyone helps me to answer questions I know many of my traveling companions are likely to have. For example, it is easy to keep track of who owes what when paying toward a group excursion, or taking a quick poll to decide an activity.
