Holidays

We observe all federal holidays.

PTO

We have a simple PTO policy — everyone gets 4 weeks of PTO a year.

• We believe PTO is critical to maintaining a healthy balance in life, so we feel strongly that everyone should take at least a few weeks a year.
• When you join the company, your PTO balance starts at a pro-rated amount determined by your start date (e.g. if you join on July 1st, you receive 2 weeks of PTO for that calendar year).
• PTO resets each year on January 1st (PTO balance does not carry over). This is meant to encourage employees to take their PTO.
