These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of all Scale with AI products, services, and content, including but not limited to Note Stack and its components (Note Builder, Note Planner, and Note Publisher), as well as our subscription services offered via Substack (collectively, the "Services").

1. Services Description

Scale with AI offers various products and services including, but not limited to:

• Note Stack: An integrated content system consisting of three components:
  • Note Builder: A custom GPT for strategic content creation
  • Note Planner: A strategic content organisation system in Notion
  • Note Publisher: A Chrome extension for instant Substack Notes publishing
• Subscription Services: Premium content, newsletters, and educational materials offered via Substack
• Custom GPTs: Specialised AI tools designed for specific content creation purposes
• Other Products: Additional tools, templates, and resources as made available on our website

Our products are available for purchase through our website, Gumroad, and other authorised platforms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1. To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account with Scale with AI, Notion, Substack, and/or other integrated platforms.

2.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

2.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.4. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
