We decided to use Notion as our delivery method and technology. Notion allows this interactive learning resource's content to be easily customized by end-users (the math teachers at individual schools etc.) This free application is accessible in two forms: in a web browser or downloaded as a desktop application, both of which are easily accessed by learners and instructors alike. Notion is an "all-in-one workspace" where the teaching team can easily collaborate and plan, organize, and manage all of the teaching content in an online environment (D'Alessio, 2018). As a team, we use Notion to assign tasks and to-do lists for each group member. As each task is stored on a Kanban board, we are able to easily move these tasks around and link processes together. This productive application helps us build and edit pages, subsections, headings, and complex integrations without coding required. It also allows us to embed videos, images, PDF files, webpages, and tables to make our workshop more eye-catching. For our learners who have not to use Notion before, this could be an experience for them to discover the features of this application. The navigation bar guides them directly from one section to the other, which is simple to start with.

This course is delivered online, so students need to have access to a computer with an Internet connection. There will be synchronous activities that need students to participate throughout the course, such as break-out rooms. Students need to know how to use Zoom as a video communications app. You can read the following page for more help.
