- Define your organisation staff access
- Create a set of templates for the staff access that fits your organisation structure
- Customise individual staff access if the staff has multi-role
- Each staff should have their own staff account without sharing access for data security purposes
- Every action in the system can be logged based on each staff account in the audit log for security checking

- Set up your staff account template in
MANAGE ROLE

- Edit the default template in Management, Staff and Support
Or you can create a custom template depends on your need
- Save the template after defined.

View
- Can view the data in the specific feature
Edit
- Can edit the data in the specific feature
Manage
- Can Delete or have approval access in the specific feature
