This shopping list includes all ingredients for:
- Pad See Ew (recipe in the newsletter)
- Whipped Feta Platte (recipe in the newsletter)
If an amount is not listed, you will only need a small amount of the item in the recipe, so just having one package/bottle of that ingredient will be sufficient.
All newsletter recipes feed 1-2 people. Multiply amounts for more servings.
Produce
- [ ] 1 head of garlic
- [ ] Dipping vegetables: sliced carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, etc.
- [ ] Optional garnishes for the whipped feta: olive oil, roasted garlic, spices, toasted nuts, olives, lemon zest, etc.
- [ ] vegetables for the pad see ew — Chinese broccoli or broccolini, mushrooms, or carrots
Meat
- [ ] 1 lb protein for the pad see ew: chicken, pork, or beef will work (thinly sliced)
Dairy/Eggs
- [ ] Whole block Greek feta (sheep/goats milk)
- [ ] Cream cheese, greek yogurt, or milk (for the whipped feta — any will work)
- [ ] Eggs - a couple for the pad see ew
Dry, Frozen, or Canned Goods
- Pita bread or crackers

- 1 part sugar (for sweetness)
- 1 part light soy sauce (for saltiness)
- 1 part dark soy sauce (for color)
- 1 part oyster sauce (for umami)
