This shopping list includes all ingredients for:

If an amount is not listed, you will only need a small amount of the item in the recipe, so just having one package/bottle of that ingredient will be sufficient.
Produce
- [ ] 1 lb Yukon gold or russet potatoes, cubed
- [ ] Vegetables of choice for frittata
- [ ] 1 onion
- [ ] 1 head of garlic
- [ ] 2-inch piece of ginger
- [ ] 3-4 small green chiles (or 2 serranos / 1 large jalapeno),
- [ ] 1 lemon
- [ ] 2 Roma tomatoes (or canned tomatoes)
- [ ] Optional: bunch of cilantro
Meat
- [ ] 1 lb ground beef (or lamb)
- [ ] Meat of choice for frittata (any leftovers, or ground meats like chorizo or sausage are great options)
Dairy/Eggs
- [ ] Eggs: 4-12 for the frittata, to serving/pan size preference
