Administrators can perform management tasks in the admin panel, such as inviting users, setting up sites and departments, activating services and more.
There are two types of administrators on Workwell:
- Normal administrators. They can perform the following tasks: edit the company/site/building info and company logo, invite users, setup departments, send messages, create pages, and post to newsfeed
- Primary administrators. They can do everything a normal administrator can, and additionally: create sites/buildings, invite other administrators (both normal and super), and activate/deactivate services on specific sites/buidlings
If you are a super administrator, you can invite other administrators via the Administrators tab in the Admin Panel. In the "Invite User" section, enter the administrator email and click Send Invite.
