Principles:
- Duplicate this template for your own edits and use. IMPT: This is just a simple template. The great thing about Notion is that you can customize it easily. There are plenty of tutorials online.
- When you plan your schedule, you want to do so horizontally and vertically. This means you include all the main priorities/subjects in your life (horizontally), and then add tasks in each priority (vertically).
- At the beginning of each week (Sunday), block out 1-1.5 hours to plan out your week! Write out all the specific tasks you want to do in each priority (If you’ll like, also plan for the month in a separate sheet)
- Schedule them into time slots for the whole week. As shown, I have split the day into 3 parts, morning, afternoon and night. Within each part, you can schedule in tasks. You can also add specific time blocks (for e.g 1-3pm), if that works better for you. Do remember to add in breaks and non-negotiable items based on your priorities too.
- Thet before the next day, review what needs to be done the following day and make small changes if needed
- Cross out tasks as you complete them
- ALL THE BEST! Motivation gets you started, habit keeps you going :)
