SEP18, FinOps3 Report #3 - June 30

Monthly Initiative Update:

Summary of Achievements:
- We’re finalizing the second batch of blogs in collaboration with HQ and Karpatkey
- The Safe Starter Kit will be expanded to include the newly added blogs after which we’ll do another big push.
- Had to re-approach our Webinars, as the anticipated speakers had to reschedule.
Milestones Reached:
- Made good progress with Milestones 3 and 4.
- Struggled to progress Milestone 2 - but have since changed our approach.
Challenges/Blockers Faced:
- It’s been challenging to organize the webinars through Webinar software as it requires a lot of planning. We had to cancel the first Webinar because the speaker had a conflict.

Milestone II	100%	60%	It’s been challenging to organize structured Webinars - we’re now switching our approach where we have a Themed day, and we invite many different projects from the Safe Ecosystem Database and will work with the first 1 - 2 partners who commit to the specific date and time.
Milestone III	80-90%	80%	We’re wrapping up the second batch of articles which should be published before ETHCC and functions as input for the second iteration of the Safe Strater kit.
Milestone IV	80-90%	60%	Six users have been adopted throughout the kit. We’re also working on an updated version of the Starter Kit, incorporating the new content pieces, and will give it a big push once it's completed. Expect to surpass our goal by the end of July.

We add sections of each blog into the FinOps Start Kit - hence why we worked in batches. For the upcoming blogs, we could start publishing as they roll out.
These sign-ups come from Request Starter Kit / Get Started CTA on the website - we're sending out the Reports manually.
We imagine comparable number of attendees (40-80) for the themed days.
