Executed an end-to-end, Excel-only analysis of Ferns & Petals sales data (1,000 orders, 100 customers, 70 products) using Power Query for ETL, the Excel Data Model for relational joins, and Pivot Tables + calculated measures for KPI creation — resulting in Total Revenue of $352,049 and AOV of $352.05. I engineered time and logistics metrics (avg delivery = 5.5 days), identified peak months (February, August), top occasion (Anniversaries), and leading categories (Colors, Soft Toys), and built an interactive dashboard with actionable recommendations to optimize inventory, marketing, and delivery performance.

Developed an end-to-end analytics solution analyzing 3,900 customer transactions to identify key purchasing patterns.
