    Why? What was it about this experience that made you feel proud? What was the greatest challenge or obstacle to achieving this accomplishment? What did you learn about yourself that you want to cement and amplify in this next year?

  2. WHAT WAS THE BIGGEST POSITIVE SURPRISE IN YOUR LIFE OVER THE LAST YEAR?

    There is the plan and then there is life. Think through a few of the unexpectated positive highlight of this past year. If nothing else, this is a great reminder of how much we have to be tahnkful for. But as with everything in this program, see if you can go deeper and peel back the layers in search of learnings and insights.

  3. WHAT WAS THE GREATEST VALLEY, DISAPPOINTMENT OR NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE OF THE LAST YEAR?

    Where did you experience adversity and challenge? Was it was planned or by surprise? What would you do differently next time, if anything? What did you learn about your decision making process from this experience that you can adjust going forward?

  4. WHAT ARE THE COMMITMENTS OR EXPERIENCES IN THE LAST YEAR THAT DRAINED YOU OF ENERGY?

    Where have you felt your energy be sucked from you in this past year? Survey the various ways you spend your time, across career, social groups, hobbies and personal interests - which experiences did you leave feeling de-motivated or zapped?

  5. WHAT DO YOU REGRET?

    While mindlessly draining our energy on regrets is not a healthy practice. Intentionally revisiting and reflecting on the decisions we wish we could take back provides learning opportunities. It may sting to write down your regrets from the past year - but as quickly as you write them down, start thinking about how you can make new decisions this year based on the learning you extract from these lived experiences.

  6. WHAT IS LIFE LONG CRAFT YOU WANT TO INVEST IN OVER THE NEXT 10 YEARS?

    Think of this skillset as something you are passionate about that can transcend industries, career paths and domains. It is what sits underneath the activities that light you up in your day to day job or pursuits. Your life may look very different in 10 years, but you will still be actively investing in this skillset wherever you are.
