Need instructions on how to reset platform password for users. Instructions should be spelled out in request for technical support routing path 1 and email template needs to be created (request for technical support - reset password).
@Angie Adkins - Here are the instructions on how to reset the Platform Password. Users can reset the password through the application, they donot have to send an email to the support team.

Why is my password not valid?Please check if your password has at least 8 letters. If you already have an account but forgot your sign in password, click on "Sign In" from the homepage and then go to "Forgot password".
