Research Form Generator

Goal: Automate artwork research intake for appraisers.

Challenge

Manual data entry created inconsistencies and was a waste of time.

Solution

• Designed an AI-assisted intake system using Custom GPT’s that converts conversational input into structured JSON.
• Built with n8n, Supabase, and OpenAI API, automatically creating new rows only when a record doesn’t already exist.
• Mapped out conditional logic for schema validation before database insert.

Results

Reduced research form entry time from ~10 minutes to under 30 seconds.
