Ask Users Better Questions

(so you can build the 'right' product)

A chrome extension to help you ask better (scary) questions to users. Based on the user-research book, Mom Test.

Asking better questions means you can validate your hypothesis and get clear insights. Asking bad questions means you lose everything. Which do you prefer?

How it Works

Step #1

Install the chrome extension. Open it before a conversation with a user. Enter the name of your product/business.

Step #2

You'll get a list of 10 questions. We developed these questions based on the Mom Test. Ask your customers these questions. Start typing in the answers. Download the Excel sheet after you finish.

Step #3

Based on the answers and the feedback you've given, we'll classify the customer and suggest some next steps. (Coming soon)
