"Laban technique was created by a Hungarian man named Rudolf Laban, who was interested in studying the language of movement. His studies began primarily in the dance world and eventually grew to incorporate education practices, factory workers and assembly lines, and movement therapy. Laban Movement Analysis (or, LMA) is a method and language for describing, visualizing, interpreting, and documenting all varieties of human movement."
At Plot Twisters, we understand our journey builder as a customized gym for the mental activity of self-reflection. Much like how our body is a cursor for interacting with the physical world, we must be aware of a cognitive avatar or tool that allows us to interact or control our thoughts. We think of this as a self-reflection cursor, an entity that moves through and connects our memories (cookies) and supports our decision making.
