As champions of the community, we're committed to providing resources to as many as we can and doing real work. This program goes beyond offering discounts or; it provides nonprofits with access to the specialized knowledge and experience of our team, helping them unlock new possibilities and amplify their reach.

Who's Eligible?

Any nonprofit organization currently or interested in using Notion is welcome to apply! We believe every mission deserves support, regardless of size or location. Whether you're tackling climate change, promoting social justice, or fostering education, the Notion Pro Bono Consulting Program can help you take your efforts to the next level.

What to Expect

• 1 Hour of Support per Quarter (at a minimum): Each chosen nonprofit receives a dedicated session with a Notion employee (a "Notino") for a total of 4 hours per year. These sessions are custom-tailored to your specific needs and goals, covering areas like:
  • Boosting operational efficiency: Streamlining workflows, building databases, and automating tasks with Notion.
  • Enhancing fundraising initiatives: Creating compelling donor journeys, managing campaigns, and analyzing data.
  • Amplifying outreach and impact: Developing engaging content, optimizing communication channels, and measuring program effectiveness.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Notinos act as partners, fostering open communication and sharing best practices to empower your team's long-term success with Notion.
• Flexible Engagement: Our commitment to your mission doesn't require additional burdens. We respect your time constraints and work within your schedule to find the most convenient session dates.
  • If mutually agreed upon, Nonprofits & Notino Volunteers can extend the number of Pro Bono hours offered
