Problem: New client onboarding at Poochy Coo was entirely manual — no intake process, no automated communication, no tracking system. Every new enquiry required individual follow-up from scratch.
The Fix: Built a complete end-to-end onboarding system. A branded intake form captures client data at point of enquiry. Three Zapier automations handle the rest — a welcome email fires immediately on submission, a follow-up sequence triggers post-assessment, and the client tracker updates automatically with every new entry. A Monday.com board maps the full onboarding pipeline across 5 phases with a Notion checklist running alongside it for operational use.
Impact: Zero manual data entry on new client intake. Every new client moves through a structured, automated pipeline from first enquiry to first week follow-up — without me touching it.
