I am a Behavioral Product Designer who enjoys solving problems creatively and collaboratively, by applying design thinking methodologies*
Resume**
Being a creative and an amazing listener, I understand the need for empathy and facilitation of collaborative processes in crafting complex problems and designing sustainable and impactful solutions. While my focus is on service and experience design, I also support teams in developing design led cultures to enhance productivity.
I use human-centered and behavioral design research methodologies to probe, assess and evaluate behaviors of targeted groups of people and then translating that knowledge into meaningful information and system designs to inform and improve services and digital systems.
I am am currently a design advisor for the USAID Empowered Youth Project Kenya and Egerton University/ Safaricom Led Digifarm Agritech Process
Above all I am a poet and an art enthusiast with a knack for nature & photography.
To create the best and most functional services or digital systems I believe in the value of collaborative teamwork, innovative technology and intuition.

In its quest to get a sit in the massive mobile Money market, Telkom Kenya initiated a process to develop an innovative digital financial services application adopting a user centered and behavioral design led approach.
