UPDATE !! now the default mocap fusion can support hand tracking, you just need to go in the settings of SteamVR (in steam) + steamLink (in the headset), and set them both to the Beta branch.
- You will need to use a BETA in Steam, right click on Mocap Fusion > settings > Beta > Occulus.
- Open Meta-link app (occulus app) > settings > General > Set Meta-link app as Default OpenXR
- Connect your Quest via Air-link (or link-cable)
- Launch MocapFusion from desktop, it should appear in VR in your Quest.
- Put your controllers away on your desk, and your avatar hands & fingers should quickly snap to your real hands!
- To add full body tracking, the process is more complex, as you need the APS_Server app that will stream the tracker data from Steam to the Meta-link app.
