Today, we’re diving deeper into one powerful feature that can greatly enhance your productivity: Protocols.

What Are Protocols?

Protocols are customizable templates that define how your meeting summaries are structured. Think of them as blueprints for your meeting notes, tailored to specific types of meetings. Whether you’re in sales, HR, or project management, protocols help ensure your summaries capture the most relevant information in the format you prefer.

Predefined Protocols

When you start using Optiverse, you’ll find several predefined protocols created by our team to get you started:

Customizing and Creating Your Own Protocols

While predefined protocols are a great starting point, the real power of Optiverse lies in the ability to create and customize your own protocols. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Navigate to the Protocols Tab: Click the big plus button to start a new protocol.
  2. Title and Description: Give your protocol a meaningful title and description. The description is crucial as it provides pre-meeting context for our AI.
  3. Define Sections: You can choose from predefined sections or create custom ones. Each section can be text, a bullet point list, or a simple number.
