0️⃣ Overview

Hello Tutors! As you join your Zoom tutoring sessions, it's essential to have host or co-host access, as it ensures efficient session management.

This is important because:

  1. Only hosts and Co-hosts are capable of creating breakout rooms in Zoom
  2. You won’t be able to move across breakout rooms to assist your students without a co-host’s access

2️⃣ Assigning Co-Host Access

Situation: You're the host of a Zoom session, but other tutors lack co-host status.

Action Steps: As the host, you can assign co-host permissions. Remember, Zoom restricts co-hosts from adding other co-hosts.
