The stakeholders which is the wine brand need an overhaul of their websites and specifically it’s purchasing experience. A wine page should provide a process for ordering and purchasing so that consumer wine can easily choose a wine from the selection that is available.
I used the Design Thinking approach for solving this problem. To practice design thinking we followed the below process.
I create the user surveys, to understand “Lagvinari” wines user by it’s Instagram Page.
I interviewed 3 Consumer of “Lagvinari wine”. I questioned them about their experiences buying wine, using open-ended questions to ensure that I understood their thought process and the difficulties they were encountering.
