The Key Executive Program (KEP) Chair’s mission is to continue to build and strengthen the Key Executive program with strong Forums of engaged members.

The KEP was designed to build the relationship at the top Leadership level of EO businesses, to ensure the owner & the Key Executives (eg COO, CFO, GM) are “speaking the same language”. An important part of this is Key Execs attending not only the monthly Forum but also the Learning Days, workshops, etc that are opened up to the KEP.

To accomplish this, you will work to ensure that EO members are aware of the program, they have a good understanding of the program and the benefits of enrolling their Key Executive/s. The EO member & potential KEP member must also understand the time commitment required to get the most benefit from the program.
