The Solution

To ensure we achieve an ecosystem automation for all processes leading to payment collection that is traffic management, payment validation and settlement, the project aimed at three major steps;

  1. The deployment of an integrated toll managing system with tolling equipment at ferry terminals,
  2. Design and development of multiple interfaces for customer service with ubiquitous and multichannel payment functionality,
  3. Re-structuring infrastructure for smooth traffic flow
