Hi Everyone!
I’m the founding director for the Warrior Fab Lab at California State University, Stanislaus, a Hispanic-serving institution (HSI). The goal of bringing the fab lab to the university and region was providing new opportunities for students, staff, and faculty with a particular emphasis on equitable access to technology. We have also focused on developing a P-20 pipeline for maker education that emphasized innovative teaching for creativity, invention, and entrepreneurship along with environmental and social justice in the region.
Fab All-In seems to be a great place to build a stronger online maker community and discuss resources or methods for growing the community in California’s Central Valley.
