Pitch

• We have EA friends who work at OpenAI/Anthropic, with a bunch of stock. They would like to donate but are only rich on paper
• We know EA folks who would want exposure to OpenAI/Anthropic
• So: set up a private aftermarket, like https://forgeglobal.com/ but in charity dollars

Blockers

• Do Anthropic, OpenAI, etc allow private transactions?
• Do EA folks actually want to unload their stock, or make immediate donations?
  • Though: Could also just set up a bucket shop/perp swap for this, no underlying
• Do EA folks trust Manifund to handle all of this correctly?

Or instead: nonprofit (or other!) aftermarket equity

• This could also work for a wide variety of EA folks via charity impact certs, eg Lightcone was asking us to help unload their Constellation equity
