• Turn on Flowtime headband.

Press and hold the power button till the indicator flashes blue. If it’s red, please charge it for 10 minutes and try again.

• Connect Flowtime headband with the app.

Tap the device icon on the upper right corner of the screen in the app and connect the headband with the app as the instruction says.

• Please note that when the headband is connected with the app successfully, the indicator will have a solid blue light for 2 minutes. After that, the light will be offer to save battery, but the headband is working, not standby or off. Press the button shortly and it will light up again.
